We had Maelynn as our server. She was attentive, warm, knowledgeable and patient! All the qualities you could ask for in a child centered environment! The spaghetti was perfectly cooked and will easily feed a family of four.

The atmosphere was decent. But the food is terrible and over priced. The spaghetti bolognese with short ribs was a joke- it was literally regular spaghetti with steak chunks. Then there was their 'firefly' lemomade drink- the picture appears to be a full sized souvenir cup but was actually a little kids 8 ounce cup for 11 bucks. The service was also not good. We had to have the front desk radio the manager about tending the long line formed at the desk in 20 minutes. The waitress didn't refill our drinks or check on us. I wish I had known how crappy this was going to be so I could've taken my kids out to eat in a restaurant down the road.

Aweful. Go anywhere other than here. The menu is small and overpriced. The service was horrible. It took 45 minutes to get our food, 6 simple plates, burgers, nachos, etc. In that time, I saw our server in the restaurant area for maybe 5 minutes. Was she making the food too? Food was mediocre. 18% gratuity was added to bill. If it was earned, yeah, that's fine, but it was not. The decorations were cute, kind of like a cheap knockoff rainforest cafe without all the cool animals and stuff.

We are at Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls, ON for my daughterβs birthday and decided to come to the camp critter bar and grille for dinner as we had already had pizza yesterday and wanted to try something different. They had buffet going and I asked our server Julia if there were any halal options. She promptly called the manager who called the sous chef and they very kindly prepared some amazing seafood dishes for us! It was really sweet of them to go above and beyond and be so accommodating to ensure that we were able to have a great meal. They also showed us all the items we could eat from the buffet. Thanks so much to Tom, Julia and Christos for the incredible service and hospitality. It was the highlight of our trip and made my daughters day! I would highly recommend dining here as the food was delicious, affordable and there was a wide variety of food to select from. Hopefully there will be enough demand in the future for them to have some halal meat options as well.

Convenient food option on site at the Lodge. On separate occasions, we ate at the Camp Critter Bar & Grille for both Brunch and Dinner. Brunch is available on the left side of the entrance in the morning with customer overflow to the right dining room side. They serve a large buffet of eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurts, granola, fruit, sausage and baked items. For dinner, we ordered the Spicy Shrimp Pasta, Loaded Mac and Cheese, 16 oz. Bone-in Ribeye, BYO Lodge Burger with Fries. Overall, the food was filling and you can always grab your leftover food to eat in your room as well! You can choose to pay by card on-site or bill to your room for convenience. The staff members were very knowledgeable and really friendly.
